Loss isn’t always visible. It can live quietly in the body, in the mind, in the moments we don’t speak about.
This experience is designed to give you a safe, supportive space to gently acknowledge and process your loss—at your own pace, in your own way.
Guided by a licensed therapist Tina collins, you’ll be led through a reflective and grounding session that helps you:
