🌸 Soapmaking Workshop: Craft Your Own Beautiful, Personalized Soaps! 🌸

Join us for a hands-on and creative soapmaking workshop where you’ll have everything you need to craft your very own beautiful, bespoke soaps! This event is perfect for anyone looking to learn a new skill and create something special. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a collection of custom-made soaps, perfect for gifting or treating yourself. Plus, you’ll walk away with new skills to continue creating beautiful soaps at home.

Features:

• All ingredients & equipment will be provided for the workshop.
• Choose from a variety of vibrant colors to tint your soap, making soap batch uniquely yours.
• Decorate your creations with an array of delicate, dried flowers to add a personal touch. 
• You can even add charming, heart-shaped soap accents to make your soaps extra special. 
• Each participant will make and take home ~24oz soap loaf/ 6-7 bars of soap. (value $35)
• Soap recipe used during the workshop will be provided so you can use it in future to make more soaps.
• Safety goggles, apron & gloves will be provided for the protection.

Dress Code: Please wear long sleeves and pants. Tie your hair as they can get in the way during the soapmaking process.

• Olive Oil
• Coconut Oil
• Distilled water
• Salt
• Various dried flowers
• Heart and flower accents made out of soap
• Fragrance oil
• Isopropanol
• Lye (Sodium hydroxide)
• Mica (to color)

Why make your own soaps?

The best thing about making soap yourself -is that you know what goes in your soap, unlike the commercial soaps that are made with so many chemicals & many of them you can’t even pronounce. You can use your handmade soaps for yourself or you can gift it to your friends & family during the holiday season. Either way, it is a win win! With more experience, you can create your own recipes & make soaps for specific skin types. This can also be an opportunity for you to start a small business from home. NOTE: Cold process soaps need 48 hours to solidify. You will be able to take soap loaf home the same day but you won’t be able to use them right away. We will provide detailed instructions in the class. Your soaps will need to be cured for at least 4 weeks before you start using them. ***Soap color and appearance may vary from the picture shown***

Important info: Once you will make the payment for the workshop, you will get a payment receipt in your inbox right away. A separate email will also be sent to you within 24 hours after the payment is made, but from a different email ID i.e. soapmaking@thecraft.space or from name “Geeta S“. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder & move it to your inbox, so you don’t miss any important notification. Cancellation policy: If we have less than 4 people signed up for the class, we reserve the right to cancel the class. You will get a full refund in case of class cancellation on our end. In case, you need to cancel the workshop on your end, you can get a full refund if you let us know 72 hours before the class start time OR you can get 50% refund if you let us know at least 24 hrs. before the class start time. Rescheduling request is on our discretion & may or may not be accommodated. If you cancel less than 24 hrs. before the class start time, we won’t be able to provide any refunds or rescheduling.
