Gift Certificate Terms & Rules

• Gift certificates can be used toward any workshop, private event, or product offered by The Craft Space.
• They are delivered digitally via email and contain a unique code for redemption at checkout.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• If the purchase total exceeds the gift certificate value, the remaining balance can be paid using any accepted payment method.
• If the purchase total is less than the certificate value, the remaining balance will stay on the certificate for future use.
• Gift certificates do not expire unless legally required.
• They must be presented (or the code entered) at the time of booking or purchase; price adjustments cannot be applied retroactively.
• If you use the gift certificate for an event, class or workshop, it can’t be refunded if you cancel the event. It can only be rescheduled.
